We do not allow the use of VPN within our app. If you use the app while accessing a VPN or non standard ISP address the system will disable the account.
Please disconnect from the VPN and contact support through the disabled screen so that they can work with you to activate your account.
We look at the ISP and we expect it to be a mainstream mobile phone carrier. Examples include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. We do know that many players also use Wi-Fi while at home and so their ISP could be Comcast, Charter Communications, Frontier Communication, Xfinity, etc.
We want you know that using any VPN or a non-standard ISP on your device will cause the account to be disabled.
We suggest you to connect your device to a standard network and remove any VPN based app on your device. Please force close/reopen the app and contact the in-app support to help you further with this.
