Please allow 24 hours for the system to credit the points to your account.
If you completed a task and your points haven't been added after 24 hours, please take a screenshot showing that you completed the task and contact our support team. To attach the screenshot, click on the paper clip icon in the app.
Please note that to ensure proper credit for completing tasks, it's important to access the games through our app. If you access the games directly, your points may not be properly tracked and credited.
Follow the below steps to take the screenshot.
To take a screenshot
- Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
- If that doesn't work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
- If neither of these works, go to your phone manufacturer's support site for help
