Sorry that you did not receive the points for making a purchase.
All purchases amounts are capped at one per day. You will not receive the points for example if you make 2x 4.99 purchases on the same day within the same app.
Also, some purchase tasks can be to make 1 daily/2 total so if you make the same value purchase twice on the same day then the system might not add the points.
Please make sure you only make purchases that are offered in the bonus section of our app so the system can award you the points.
If you are still missing out on the points then please reach out through the in-app support with the purchase receipts that shows the date, the name of the app and the amount, so that we can help you further.
