Contact Support via the app:
If the purchase was made in one of your installed apps, please contact our support team. Be sure to include the following details:- The name of the app where the purchase was made.
- The purchase amount.

Attach a Receipt:
Please provide a screenshot of the purchase receipt you received via email from Google. Ensure the receipt includes the following details:- The name of the app.
- The purchase date.
- The GPA number.
- The total purchase amount, including tax (if applicable).
Important Notes:
- Receipts must be recent. We can only award missing points within seven days of the purchase receipt.
- Timely submissions are crucial. For the best chance of resolving your issue, please reach out to support within 48 hours of noticing the missing points.
- Receipts that don’t meet the requirements or are older than seven days will not be honored.
