Managing Your Account Information
Important Notice: Please be aware that making changes to your account can result in the loss of your progress and any unredeemed points. Changes to accounts will remove all personal information from our system.
Step 1: Locating Your Player ID
To manage your account information, you will first need your Player ID. Locate your Player ID by following these steps within the app:
- Open the app menu.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select "View App Info."
- Find the "Player ID" field.
Step 2: Submitting a Request via Email
For any significant changes to your account, such as data removal or adjustments, follow these steps:
- Email Subject Line: In the subject line of your email, include the following text: "Account Management Request. Player ID X" (Replace "X" with your Player ID obtained in Step 1).

- Clearly state your reason for the request.
- Send the email to Support@influencemobile.com.(UK ONLY)
Note: Our support team will process your request and handle all associated details. It's essential to provide your Player ID in the subject line for efficient processing.
