Why am I receiving a message that my progress can no longer be tracked in the app?
You may receive this message if any of the following actions occur:
- App Update: You received a notification within the installed app to update to the latest version.
- App Uninstallation: You uninstalled the app due to experiencing issues with it.
- Reinstallation: You uninstalled the app to free up space for new apps and later decided to reinstall it to continue earning points.
Any of these actions can break the link between the app installation and our tracking system, preventing us from monitoring your progress and awarding points.
