We’re here to help! Please follow these steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Select a Different Gift Card
Go to the gift card Rewards section and choose a different gift card option from the list.( No need to redeem it)
2. Force Close the App
Completely exit the app by force closing or force stopping it.
3. Reopen the App and wait 5 mins
Open the app again, return to the gift card redemption section, and select your original gift card of choice.
Please interact with the app for 5-10 mins before you try to redeem your original gift card choice.
4. Restart Your Device
If the issue persists, please restart your device and try again.
Note: It may take 3–4 attempts of force closing the app to successfully redeem your gift card. But please wait at least 5 mins each time.
