FAQ: What Should I Do If I Didn’t Receive Points for a Bonus Level After 24 Hours?

If it’s been more than 24 hours since you completed a bonus level and you still haven’t received your points, please contact Support via the app.
When reaching out, make sure to include:

The name of the app

The name of the bonus level you completed but didn’t receive points for

A screenshot showing that the bonus level was completed
Our Support team will be happy to look into this for you. We can typically award the missing points for the first couple of bonus levels that didn’t track correctly.
If the issue continues with additional levels, it likely means the client is no longer able to track your progress properly. In that case, Support may need to remove the app from your account.
Once the app has been removed:

Force close our rewards app and reopen it to refresh your account and see the change.
