Our sponsors only pay us for people inside the United States,Canada and Australia at this time. They flag people using VPNs and out of country IP addresses. If you are located inside the US/Canada/Australia we want to work with you to find a solution to use our app.
First, you can visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to see what is showing as your IP and the location associated with it.
Many people switch between a number of IP addresses each day between their phone, home and work internet providers. If any of these cause a concern from the sponsors we are not paid and thus cannot fund your points.
Fraud is sadly a very big issue in the mobile app industry and we are working proactively with our sponsors to ensure their security providers are not overly aggressive in flagging people.
