We have a few simple tips that can help!
Minimum OS (Operating Systems) version for Android devices is 8.0.
First, please make sure you are on our latest update! You can do this by going to the Google Play Store and making sure you are on the latest build.
Try force closing the app for 1-2 mins to see if this fixes the issue with the app crashing. Do not minimise the app, shut it down fully.
Clear your cache and restarting your device will often fix any issue that you having with the app crashing.
Make sure that you have a good internet connection.
Check that you have enough available storage on your mobile device
