1. Open the App and tap on the Menu (the icon with three bars at the top).
2. Select Support from the menu.
3. In the Support section, click on Contact Support to reach our team.

Information to Include

When reaching out, please provide:

• Original Phone Number: [Enter your current phone number]
• New Phone Number: [Enter the new phone number you’d like to use]

Important Notes

• We do not accept VoIP or TextNow numbers for security reasons.
• Please ensure the new phone number is not already associated with another account in our system.
• Phone number changes are limited. Frequent requests may result in the denial of additional changes.
