If you have noticed that you did not receive points for any of our featured apps, we do have some suggestions:
1. Please do not uninstall and reinstall apps that were installed through our app. This will break the tracking from your device to our system and you will be unable to earn bonus points for levels completed.
2. Please make sure to wait for the app to install COMPLETELY in the app store, and don't close out until this is complete. If you do happen to tap the back button before the app is done installing, you will be shown an "Incomplete" pop up message. On this screen please tap on "The app is still downloading" if you wish to receive points and properly download the app! If you tap the back button too many times, you will NOT receive your points or have the download show up in "My Games"!

If you still did not receive points for any bonus levels please contact support through the app under the FAQs with a screenshot of the level completed and they will be happy to help you with the points.
