We have support agents available to help 7 days a week. We normally answer all support requests in 24-48 hours. You can find our replies back to you under the Profile of the account, Contact support and My Tickets. If you uninstall the app at all, the past support history is deleted.
Please do not send in multiple tickets at the same time.
You can check the past messages in the app by following the below steps:
- Please go to Person/Profile icon
- Scroll down to Need some Help?
- Click on Contact Support Button
- Check under My Tickets to read the agents response to your question
- Click on 3 bars at the top left corner
- Click on support
- Select the Contact Support Button
- My Tickets and see the agents response to you.
