We have support agents available to help 7 days a week. We normally answer all support requests in 24-48 hours. You can find our replies back to you under the Profile of the account, Help Center, and My Tickets. If you uninstall the app at all, the past support history is deleted.
Please do not send in multiple tickets at the same time.
You can check the past messages in the app by following the below steps:
- Please go to Person/Profile icon
- Scroll down to FAQs
- Open help center
- Check under My Tickets.
- Click on the pencil icon on top rights to check the tickets
- Click on 3 bars at the top left corner
- Click on support
- You can select the chat option at the bottom of the page and see the past conversations
