We have support agents available to help 7 days a week. We normally answer all support requests in 24-48 hours.
To view past support messages in the app, follow these steps:
- Click on the three bars located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "Support" from the menu that appears.
- Click on the "Contact Support" button.
- In the "My Tickets" section, you can view the agents' responses to your previous messages.
These steps should help you quickly access the messages and support you need in the app.
Please note that if you uninstall the app, all of your past support history will be deleted. So, it's recommended to access and save any important information from your support history before uninstalling the app.
Also, to ensure a prompt response, we kindly request that you submit only one support ticket at a time. Our team will respond to each ticket in the order they are received, and we appreciate your patience while we work to address your concerns.
