To view our support responses in the app, follow these steps:
- Click on the three bars located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "Support" from the menu that appears.
- Click on the "Contact Support" button.
- In the "My Tickets" section at the top, you can view the agents' responses to your previous message.
- Please Note: DO NOT USE THE BLUE WIDGET THIS IS ONLY FOR NEW TICKETS.
These steps should help you quickly access the messages and support you need in the app.
Please note that if you uninstall our app, all of your past support history will be deleted.
Also, to ensure a prompt response, we kindly request that you submit only one support ticket at a time. Our team will respond to each ticket in the order they are received, and we appreciate your patience while we work to address your concerns.
