What happens if I uninstall an app?
Once an app is removed from your device, the tracking connection is broken. This means the system can no longer track your bonuses or purchases, and it won’t be able to send the necessary postback to us, which is required to award your points.
Can I reinstall the app and still earn points?
Even if we reinstall the app, it may still appear in your activity groups, but the system won’t recognize it or trigger the necessary postback. This means you would have to manually reach out to us, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t be reimbursed by the provider, so we’re unable to add the app back to your account.
What should I do to avoid losing my points?
Be careful when uninstalling apps and only remove those you no longer need. Once an app is uninstalled, we won’t be able to restore it to your account.
Can support manually add my points if I reach out?
Unfortunately, no. Since we aren’t reimbursed for uninstalled and reinstalled apps, we’re unable to award points manually.
