How Do I Locate My Gift Card Code?

We know you are excited to get that gift card and start spending it!

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my gift card after redeeming points? A: Most gift cards are available within 24 hours after you've redeemed your points. To check, go to the Rewards tab and scroll to Earned. The most recent gift card you earned will be displayed. Click on "View details" to check the status. If fulfilled, you'll see the gift card code.

Note: This process doesn't apply to Amazon Gift cards, which have a 2-step redemption process.

Q: How do I redeem an Amazon Gift card? A: Follow a 2-step process:

1. Click on the provided URL on the Redeemed gift card. Once open, enter the Claim/security code provided, into the Amazon page to unlock your Reward.
2. Amazon will generate the gift card code for use on their site.

Q: What if my gift card has not been fulfilled after 48 hours? A: Please contact support if you haven't received your gift card after 48 hours. We may need to ask you some friendly questions to assist you promptly.
